What inspired you to start Count & Sol?

I founded Count & Sol because I saw a gap in the way businesses approach legal support. Too often, companies wait until something goes wrong before seeking legal advice, leading to unnecessary risks, stress, and costs. I wanted to change that by providing businesses with a proactive, strategic legal partner—one that not only protects but also empowers growth. Legal should be a business enabler, not a roadblock, and Count & Sol is built to help companies scale confidently with the right legal foundations in place.

What is your work background prior to Count & Sol? 

I worked for international companies and at international law firms in London, advising businesses across industries, from global investment banks to fast-scaling tech start ups. This experience gave me deep insight into how businesses operate at different stages and the unique legal challenges they face. I’ve helped companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes, structure strategic deals, and implement legal frameworks that support sustainable growth.  

How does your approach differ from traditional legal support?

Traditional law firms often provide reactive, one-size-fits-all advice with unpredictable billing. In-house teams, while valuable, can be costly and may not always have the specialist expertise needed. At Count & Sol, we offer a business-first approach, providing tailored, strategic legal support that aligns with your company’s goals. We work as an extension of your team, helping you anticipate legal risks, streamline operations, and make confident decisions without the burden of hourly fees.

Why should I choose Count & Sol over hiring in-house or using a law firm?

A wedding planner – I love planning and helping make people’s visions come to life!
